What to Expect

If you need someone to organize, schedule, and manage your fix and flip project from start to finish, we are your people. We’ll take you from “demo and dumpster” to “staged to sell.” We work with only licensed and insured vendors that we have personally vetted. We’re on-site, on track, and move with a mission to get your project complete and ready for sale as quickly as possible.

Our process starts with a full consultation where we review the purchase price, ARV, budget, then list goals and create a timeline. From there we get to work organizing, scheduling, and designing all aspects of the job.

Pricing & Fees

Our pricing for these projects is completely custom and we do outsource many aspects of the job through our own trusted and vetted vendors. We are organized, onsite, and on track, to get your project completed as fast as possible.

Our management fee is just 15% of the overall cost of the project and always includes a full home vacant staging and professional real estate photography ($2400 value). From demo day to listing day, we’re there every step of the way.

Do you have a contractor’s license?

We are not licensed contractors. We hire and work with licensed contractors that we have personally vetted. We are project managers. We schedule, coordinate, design, and organize all aspects of your fix and flip.

How long will my project take?

Every project’s timeline is different depending on the scope of the project and product sourcing required. We build our timeline to be the most efficient with ensuring quality workmanship and product sourcing are accounted for in every step.

How involved do I need to be in the construction?

We like to do an initial walk through together with all of our clients to ensure we create a clear vision and plan of goals for the project. From there we’ll schedule a separate meeting to go over design options, pricing, and scheduling. After that, we can do everything virtually. We routinely share updated photos, project timeline updates, and important reminders.You are always welcome to schedule a visit to your project.
